Had a great start to my day by getting to chat up my baby this morning.

It is nasty here and going to continue to be nasty for like a week. Rain and T-storms till friday.
I'm strangely optimistic though.
Like today is gonna be ok kinda feeling.
I think I'll continue biking everyday for at least 30 mins untill my shins quit hurting every time I walk, then back to running.

Day 5
Ok, did another 2k, same issues with the shin, mainly on right side.
Did 6 sets of lifts, only 5 on side lifts though. 3 sets of crunches.
had a pretty unhappy day. Ripped another thing of boxers. Was really lonely. Went to run and had the shin issue. Didn't get out of that funk till about 10pm when I finally got to lifting.
Really starting to worry about stuff concerning back home. I worried about getting work and still paying the bills, worried about moving out, worried about getting into my teaching program, the list just goes on and on.
Overall a really bad day.

Day 4 Sunday
Took the day off from running, so instead I biked out to Delicious Hiroka and back. Did all my lifts and 3 sets of crunches.
I also moved into my bedroom as using the AC in 2 different rooms was kinda pointless. I also packed all my unnecessary clothing. All i really have left now is to clean the kitchen and living room which I'll tackle over the week. I also started watching "The Big Bang Theory" a comedy about geeks which airs on CBS. It is hilarious and plan to watch it again with my wife when I return home.
Other than my extreme loneliness and the yearning for my wife which is constant in my heart, I'm doing well.

Day 3
Ok the recap of the day.
Got up and talked to my baby. Then I chatted up Mr. Lee.
After I did 5 reps of my lifts, 4 reps of crunches (up one from yesterday), and finally I did 2k running. My shins hurt real bad so I had to stop early.
I iced my leg after for a long time, it helped but I'm still hurting.
Depending, I may take off running tomorrow, but I will do my lifts.

Day 2
Ok, 5 reps of weights, still only 3 reps of crunches.../sigh gotta work harder! Oh and another 5k run. Was gonna do only 3k but felt good and kept going. Oh and i bested my time by 7 mins or so. it was a 28 min 5k, as opposed to the 35 min yesterday run.
I"m glad to hear my baby got home safe if not really late. Hope her luggage arrives tomorrow in decent shape. /worry
Got done with my shower and now its off to make veggy curry.

Morning, day 2
Did my short 12 min run before work today. Am super sore, but as my boss, Wolverine, would say, "You can do it, Bub"

Well day 1 of Wolverine's "You can do it, Bub" camp has ended.
I did 5 sets of all my lifting 3 sets of crunches and a 5k run/jog.
Tomorrow is day 2. Oh and their is a knife in my chest from missing my baby.

Meh stuck
I'm stuck.
at work.
I want to be out running, I don't want to lose the drive.
It may sound weird, but I fear things like straining my muscles or hurting my legs.
Mainly I'm afraid that a genuine reason to not run will topple my tower or self desire to run. I hope this goes away.
It is like I'm still trying to convince myself that I enjoy running. I don't like when it hurts or it is hot etc. But the running has slowly become enjoyable for me.
Yet I'm still scared it will all vanish in an instant, THE instant that I miss a day.
Today I'm gonna push a bit. try to do 3k at the track. thats 6.5 times around for rougghly 2 miles. If I time it, I may get an accurate idea of how long I run for on my 20 min runs.

Well my baby is leaving in a week and a day.

In training
I feel good today, did both running and lifting yesterday. We will see how I do running again later. Things are looking better around the house. Gone are the days, I think, of being glued to WoW for hours on end. I'm frankly just bored until the druids move and even then it will be iffy if we continue to play when we get home.
Working on Jackies comic with her and its fun. Designing ships... wow sounds pretty crazy. I'm thinking of kickin' it back to tailspin days. Would be a fun thought.
For their mission I'm thinking something along the lines of a plane in a plane. He recruits someone for the intent of flying the larger transport plane but obviously places get switched. Perhaps a crack pilot is terrorizing a colony so they send the two under the guise of a cargo plane in an attempt to shoot the guy down.
I dunno if I'm up to designing a plane. Can't draw worth crap, but who knows.
