Day 13

Ok so here goes, went over on my calories just a smidge, 2272/2200 I think it was the sweet snack i got to try to help my headache.

Still not bad, I ate well today, PB&J with chips for lunch, grilled chicken salad for dinner.

I then went and biked for 30 mins.

So not a horrid day, oh and I couldnt shake my headache for most of the day, boo.

Day 12

Rode my bike to Kibi and back, 30mins with no stop.

Did 6 sets of lifts minus bench and sides.

Did 3 sets of crunches.

Started Fate Stay Night. Its not good yet, hoping it grows on me.

Started counting calories today, am being pretty meticulous. I'm staying under 2200 calories a day.

It is pouring down, and I'm bored at work.

I love my wife and miss her greatly.

Ugh

Ugh I feel gigantic today.

utterly huge.

like bulbous.

I hate this feeling.

I started tracking my calories at caloriecounter.about.com Maybe this will help, though it did tell me I needed to lose 1/3 of my body weight :(

Gonna do alot of biking and running today.

Day 11 cont.

Well I never got to lifting, but I did head back out on my bike and biked for another 30 mins.

I'm enjoying biking as an alternative to running when my shins hurt, but I feel more productive when I am running.

Meh, who knows...

Day 11

Well today was a major cardio day for me.

I biked out to the Onsen which is a little over 5km of mountain like terrain one way, bathed and then came back. I'll call it around 13km total. After that I went and ran 3km at the track, stupid shin stopped me again, though I was also exhausted from the bike ride and stuff too.

I will try to lift later but am pretty tired as of 3:30 so we will see. Right now i want more weight loss then buffing anyways.

I miss my baby.

Day 9 & 10

Day 9 I rode my bike for 30 mins kinda late at night over at the sports park, I did 5km in about 15 mins there. Weird day, never ended up lifting, just tossed and turned all night long.

Day 10, rode 40 mins to the yakiniku party and back, did 6 sets of lifts except side, which I did 2 of. I'm still having that weird 3 part popping when doing my side lifts. Will do 3 sets of crunches here in a few.

Watching Rahxephon and being super bored.

Day 8

Biked for 40 min. Did 6 sets of lift except for sides because my shoulder was popping real bad. Did 3 sets of crunches.

Day 7

Ok well yesterday, Day 6 I took the day off to rest.

So, day 7, did six sets of lifts and ran 3km, ended up running short of time to crunch and i'm beat now so will def hit it up tomorrow first thing.
