Ok the recap of the day.
Got up and talked to my baby. Then I chatted up Mr. Lee.
After I did 5 reps of my lifts, 4 reps of crunches (up one from yesterday), and finally I did 2k running. My shins hurt real bad so I had to stop early.
I iced my leg after for a long time, it helped but I'm still hurting.
Depending, I may take off running tomorrow, but I will do my lifts.
