Day 2

Ok, 5 reps of weights, still only 3 reps of crunches.../sigh gotta work harder! Oh and another 5k run. Was gonna do only 3k but felt good and kept going. Oh and i bested my time by 7 mins or so. it was a 28 min 5k, as opposed to the 35 min yesterday run.

I"m glad to hear my baby got home safe if not really late. Hope her luggage arrives tomorrow in decent shape. /worry

Got done with my shower and now its off to make veggy curry.

I miss you babe, more than i can express in words.
