Well today was a major cardio day for me.
I biked out to the Onsen which is a little over 5km of mountain like terrain one way, bathed and then came back. I'll call it around 13km total. After that I went and ran 3km at the track, stupid shin stopped me again, though I was also exhausted from the bike ride and stuff too.
I will try to lift later but am pretty tired as of 3:30 so we will see. Right now i want more weight loss then buffing anyways.
I miss my baby.
