Day 9 & 10

Day 9 I rode my bike for 30 mins kinda late at night over at the sports park, I did 5km in about 15 mins there. Weird day, never ended up lifting, just tossed and turned all night long.

Day 10, rode 40 mins to the yakiniku party and back, did 6 sets of lifts except side, which I did 2 of. I'm still having that weird 3 part popping when doing my side lifts. Will do 3 sets of crunches here in a few.

Watching Rahxephon and being super bored.
