Ok, did another 2k, same issues with the shin, mainly on right side.
Did 6 sets of lifts, only 5 on side lifts though. 3 sets of crunches.
had a pretty unhappy day. Ripped another thing of boxers. Was really lonely. Went to run and had the shin issue. Didn't get out of that funk till about 10pm when I finally got to lifting.
Really starting to worry about stuff concerning back home. I worried about getting work and still paying the bills, worried about moving out, worried about getting into my teaching program, the list just goes on and on.
Overall a really bad day.
